This past week Jacob and I took a trip to visit family in Utah. Even though half the time Jacob was super moody, from missing his dad I'm sure, it was so much fun to see everyone. Jon brought Traci and Carter to meet the family. We crafted, we played, and got a little crazy. Just like we always do when we get together. There is NEVER a dull moment, that's for sure. To start it all off, this is what we did within the first hour of arriving....
We jumped on the bed... for a long time. Until Jacob and Charlie collided and Jacob got his first big fat lip and Charlie got a big goose egg on his forehead.
There were times when Jacob was a lovey. He still loves to cuddle and didn't want to miss this cuddling opportunity with Aunt Dakota.
On one of the days, we took a trip to Salt Lake... for a tradition my mom started... going to "The Funny Store" which until this trip I never knew the real name. I guess it's called NPS. Totally awesome savings on super expired stuff. Haha! I was pumped to get lots of tempura paint, paper, and a huge pack of balls for Jacob (football and basketballs). Expired on those? Who cares!! I love this picture of the three of them in the back of the van, this will be a treasured one for a long time!
And... of course, Jon had to take the baby (Carter) for a ride on Ryan's mini four wheeler.

Looks like you guys had a blast! What part of Utah were you visiting? Was that Karlee in the last picture? Anyway, Jacob is soo handsome! :D
