When we first moved here, this hike was immediately put on my bucket list. It is kind of a harder hike, 1 mile up of switchbacks, and my boys did it! They were amazing, and then we reached the top... then they were done. They didn't want to take pictures, they didn't want to smile, they wanted to be done. This hike is AMAZING. Every turn and stop, I was in awe of the incredible beauty. We went on a perfect day- the sun was out and we could see the Columbia River and gorge for miles.
