Jacob's A Sunbeam!

I can't believe how fast this past year has gone!! Jacob is now in Sunbeams, no more nursery! At first, Jacob didn't want to go sit with all the kids, but once his friend, Jesse, showed up, he felt a lot better. His teacher Sue Willmott and Dena Mann are amazing, and Sue came up to him right when he sat down to ask him how old he was and Jacob was so excited to show her his three fingers and tell her how old he was! That was about it... he was good to go, as I left with watery eyes, I couldn't help but stand at the door looking through the window, and he never looked back! I even checked in every now and then to make sure he was doing ok, they pulled him up in the front and sang the "Hello, Hello!" song and Jacob was singing along to the chorus! He loved singing time! He was even dancing along.

Now... Ian... on the other hand, doesn't necessarily hate nursery... he hates when I leave. He's having some major separation anxiety with me. I finally snuck out for the last 10 minutes of Relief Society, and then they asked me to say the prayer so I was hoping he was going to last! When I came back in at the end, he screamed and cried once he saw me. They told me that he cried for about five seconds... stopped... walked around... did it again, and then he was ok. So, it's not going to be forever this way... I remember Jacob was kind of the same, and many kids are... it just always pulls at my heart to hear it!
