We did so many fun things with all our family! I miss everyone so much already. Friday morning we drove to my brother Mike's new house! It is awesome! I'm so happy for them, and thanks so much for letting us crash there the whole trip. We arrived at about 3 AM then Jacob wouldn't fall asleep (he slept for about 3 hours the whole trip down... that's it!). He was so wound up from getting to Mike's that it took him another hour and a half to finally fall asleep, with me holding him. I didn't mind cuddling with him on the blow up matress though, I don't get to do that very often. Pretty much all weekend, we just hung out, watched movies, ate the traditional homemade blizzards (thanks Mike!), and talked and held babies. It was so great. I loved it. Jacob had plenty of entertainment, whether it was Easton playing multiple games with him or Jacob trying to see how many times he could go up and down Mike and Shawna's stairs. We didn't go anywhere and I had one of the best times. We did go out to eat one night, which was super yummy BBQ. Sunday we had a family dinner at Mike's and everyone came. Even Mark, Angee, JJ, and Karlee. It was so fun to see them and I couldn't believe how talkative Karlee was! It was so much fun. After dinner, Ryan my brother, busted out 5 baby bunnies!! The kids had so much fun. Good thing the back yard was fenced. Those things were so fast! Jacob loved feeling the bunny fur on his face. I was very shocked when Jacob ran right up to them and just picked them up. He was so brave, I didn't think he'd even try to pick one up. He loved them! I'm trying to convince Jon that someday he needs to get one... we'll see, as of now he isn't really convinced.
After all of the festivities of Sunday night, Jacob and I drove to Ryan and Dakota's house where we had the great opportunity to see the BIGGEST pig in the world, TANK. Jacob loved him, even though he was super loud and super stinky. I was so sad that I didn't get a picture, but it was so dark outside. We were entertained by baby Jackson and Charlie making Jacob "vehicles" out of legos for him to play with. I miss all of my neices and nephews, Cameron, Brandon, Charlie, Jackson, Brooklyn, Easton, Aubrey, and Brady you are the best! Thanks for being such great friends with Jacob.
Jacob loved these cute little bunnies! He was so happy!
Here's Jacob and his cousin, Brooklyn and Aunt Shawna and baby Brady's little hand... :). They were helping Jacob hold the bunny.
And, this special picture... is of how Jacob preferred to hold the bunny so that he could rub the soft fun on his face! I haven't laughed so hard this weekend in a long time.
