Yesterday I took Ian and Jacob to Ian's 2 month check up. He got three shots! Yikes. Jacob was SO concerned! He kept saying, "Oh no, baby Ian!" I almost cried, but everytime I looked at Jacob while Ian was getting his shots, Jacob was so worried so I had to just keep saying, "It's ok, it hurts, but he's ok." Ian is 12 lbs now and is 22 inches long! When he was weighed at 2 weeks, he was a little over 6 pounds. This kid has just grown like crazy!! Total opposite of Jacob. Jacob was really skinny but just kept getting longer and longer. Ian is chunking up and I had to clean out some of his leg rolls the other day and found some lint... YUCK! Ian is also smiling all the time now and today cooed so much while Jon was talking to him! These are some of my very favorite stages.
Jacob and I started Preschool today with one of Jacob's little friends. It went really well and Jacob had a blast, until he got a bit tired and was so totally done, but by then it was time to take his friend home anyway. They did great. Jacob has grown so much mentally (and physically!) he is really catching onto so many things.

Joseph is the same way about Emery's "pokes". He hates to hear her cry from them. So sweet! I got to hold Ian on Sunday and he's such a sweety pie! I could tell that he was beefing up too. I love big boys. They're so cute!!
