Football Field Walks

Every day this week, Jacob and I have walked over to the football field right by our house and "played" around. Today, I finally brought the camera and the big blue ball to play with. Jacob carried the ball around for a little while, but then ditched it once we got on the bleachers. Jacob loves to walk up and down the bleachers... for at least a half hour. No kidding, and guess who gets to follow him around holding his hand so he can make it? Some stranger I found on the side lines! Just kidding!! It was me. I have gotton a better work out with this toddler than any kind of exercise program I've done. I think it's because he pretty much makes me get up and follow him, well... because I'm a paranoid mom and don't want to deal with emergency room stitches, etc. Anyway, here are some shots I got. A couple are edited for the photography blog, so that's why the name is on the bottom. There's a letter at the top, and a letter at the bottom. Jacob is OBSESSED with letters. Whenever he sees an "S" he'll say ssssssssssssssssssss. Whenever he sees a "B" he'll make the b sound. Everything else, is AMAZING to him and he loves it. No matter where we are. Grocery store, church, home, wherever. I love this kids curiosity and love for simple things.

I chose to take the easy way... the stairs.

I'm not sure why he was making a kiss face for this one, but he hardley will look at the camera anymore.

Oh, how I love this kid. He makes me smile, every minute of the day.
