The water is cold at first! Jacob was so brave walking out so far, all the way to his neck! It made me nervous! It's one of our favorite places.
This summer we have had so much fun going to Cottonwood Beach! It is a beach right outside of Washougal that is a part of the Columbia River. We've gone a couple times just to hang out at the beach- and have gone once with some great friends of ours to ride in their boat! Ian even wanted to ride on the tube with me. He was so brave!
Ian didn't show any type of excitement at all on the boat! He had a stern face the whole time, but when I asked him if he wanted to get on the tube, he kept nodding his head, but wouldn't smile! I think he was just checking it out to see how safe it was, but secretly loved it.
This is Jacob and his buddy Tory! They were so cute together on the boat. Jacob couldn't stop laughing the whole trip! It was so much fun.
