We Have A 4 Year Old!

PICTURE OVERLOAD! :) We had an awesome day Saturday the 9th. We had planned on having a super fun Wipeout themed party (from the TV show). The weather was scheduled to be rainy- until the day before, it was scheduled to be just cloudy! I was so happy! We had invited a lot of friends and having all of us inside at the same time would have been so crammed! The night before the party- Jon made a PVC pipe sprinkler for the kids to run through and we borrowed our neighbors kiddie pool, loaded it with plastic lizards and baby shampoo for the bubbles. The kids had a blast running around looking for the lizards.

I can't believe he's 4! I made an ice cream cake with lemon cake, vanilla oreo cookies, and strawberry swirl ice cream, so yummy!

Ian just woke up from his nap when everyone started showing up! He was a little shy when we first started.

Our friends from Moses Lake (The Fuhriman's) moved to Vancouver recently, it was great to see them at the party!

My fun neighbor- Trish! She helped me out SO MUCH! She has four kids of her own and has had plenty of practice with birthday parties! She made the party stress free for me!

Before the party- Jon had announced to me and the boys that he got the promotion he had been interviewing for! We were all so excited! We celebrated with a water balloon fight!

I didn't realize Ian and Jon had the same reaction on their faces until later when I was looking through the pictures! Like father, like son!
