Another Month!

 What a crazy month! October flew by for us. I can't believe it's already November. Ian is such a blessing and is the happiest baby I've met! He laughs all the time and is so ticklish. He especially loves Jon, he has this real connection with him that's hard to explain, but every time Ian hears Jon's voice, he gets this huge grin. So big, his little body can't contain it and he shrivels up from the excitement.

 We went to a Halloween party and had such a great time. Ian was a "Deviled Egg" and Jacob was Wow Wow Wubzy from his favorite cartoon. I even made the costumes! We had such a great time that night, lots of yummy food, friends, and games!

 We've done so much playing this month that Jacob fell asleep a couple of times in some weird places/positions...

Some other fun things that happened this month:

Jacob and Ian are now in the same bedroom together! Roomies... it's amazing how much more room we have in our living room without a travel crib in it. Jacob has really grown into a "big boy". He loves his little brother. Especially making him laugh. The other day I took Jacob to Costco with me, without Ian (he was home with dad) and on the way home Jacob kept asking me where Ian was and how he wanted to see him. We had been gone maybe an hour! Too cute.
Jacob has been saying some pretty funny things lately. Yesterday we went to drop off lunch to Jon at work and as Jon was walking out of the building, Jacob kept saying, "WHAT!? What is dad doing?!!!" Like it was so weird that Jon was walking to the car... He has also discovered that he has boogers in his nose... and since he has a cold he keeps saying, "mom. BIG booger." Constantly.

Jacob also says, "Please!" all the time. After everything, it's so funny. "Mom, PLEASE! PLEASE! PLEASE!" Without telling us what he even wants! After about 4 more rounds of that he will usually get the point. AND "BIG high!!" for every time he jumps, throws a ball, or we're going up a hill in the car.
Ian has become a great sleeper as well and is sleeping around 7-9 hours a night! Hooray! Hopefully it will last.
Jacob stopped giving regular kisses... now he just touches his lips to you and yells (not exaggerating), "MUAH!!!!"
