my baby ROCKS!

Jacob learned this new trick! I put him on the rocking chair... and there's no stopping him. He loves to sit up and rock. Whenever I hold him on my lap, he rocks and rocks.... someday he's going to just jump right out of my arms and run away! He is becoming a lot more independent, but still loves to cuddle. Now whenever I hold him, he puts his head down on my shoulder. He used to push away and try to look around at everything. He still does that every now and then, but mostly just wants to be cuddled.
Life is going 300,000 miles per hour right now. Jon has only two quarters left and one of those being an internship he's going to be so busy. He tries to find time to spend with us as well, and thank goodness for the weekends, because we would never see him if it weren't for Sundays. I'm super busy being a mom and hanging out with grandpa while trying to get all of my Christmas presents made and finished... it is going to take me a while, but I'm glad I made the decision to make all of the gifts this year. They are so much more personable and fun, I'm learning a lot as well. I need a new fun and easy book to read... if any of you have any suggestions, I would love to hear about it. I haven't seen Twilight yet... I can't wait! Jon and I are going on a double date this Saturday afternoon with a good friend that is here in town visiting... shout out to Stacy! I can't wait to hang out! I am super pumped about the movie, and delighted to see how Jon's facial expressions during the show... haha. He once promised that he would go with me to see the movie when it came out and I'm holding him to that promise. We're spending Thanksgiving at home this year. It should be nice to have Jon around a lot more, since he has a break from school.
