I did however have it planned that my visiting teachers were coming around 2:15 this afternoon and our home teachers are coming around 6 tonight.
My visiting teachers came, it was great, had a lot of fun.
Tried 4 times to put Ian down for a nap...
Finally I just went and brought him downstairs, but I needed to get my exercise in since I couldn't make it to the walk this morning, so I put in Jillian.
After about 10 minutes of jumping jacks and crunches while Jacob is screaming at me over and over and over again, "NO STOP IT!!" and "TOO FAST MOM!!! STOP!!!" I gave up... being as Jon was trying to take a nap.
Jacob kept crying and whining... for some reason he was super tired and he wanted to take a nap so bad (and if you know Jacob, if he takes a nap, he's up until 1:30 AM... not even exaggerating)... so I fought him and I fought him. I finally let him go upstairs to lay on his bed and figured I'd go up and get him after about 10 minutes. I went to put Ian down... again (4th time) and carried Jacob down because he refused to come with me.
Made Jacob a pb and j sandwich, turned all the lights off in the living room and kitchen, to kind of relax everyone. Jacob sat on the couch and ate his sandwich while Ian explored what little specks I wasn't able to vacuum up. So, I jumped on the computer to check my e-mail.... after about 5 minutes I couldn't find Jacob.
The little stinker snuck behind the big rocking recliner and was knocked out. Totally asleep, even with the flash, he didn't even move. Ian is finally asleep (5th time), Jon is finally asleep without anyone disturbing him, and Jacob... sadly for me, because it's going to be a long night... is asleep. AND the home teachers are supposed to be here in an hour, and I haven't started dinner... take out anyone? :)
