Happy Valentine's Day!
Even though... Jacob would rather eat the flower petals than sniff, he sure made this photo shoot one of my favorites! I just hope this encourages people to do their own photo shoots! Don't ever think you can't take pictures of your own kids because it is so expensive to go get them done. Anyone can do it! You just have to have the desire, a digital camera, a black sheet, and an editing program helps. His little suit was about a dollar at a garage sale (actually free to me! Grandma Jo bought it), and the flowers were 20 bucks for a dozen at Safeway! It was so much fun. My mom (Grandma Jo) helped out, thanks mom!

Although, I have to say that I'm not sure I agree with just a desire to take photos of your kids. Karlee is SO ACTIVE!!!! I tried to get a couple of her tonite, and still... nothing! It is SO DIFFICULT!! Wait 'til he starts MOVING, and then I think you'll add PATIENCE on your list!! :)
When you come out here, will you give me some pointers with her? It is SO HARD!

Hey, since I have my fancy smanchy camera now I might ask for tips once in awhile. Like how did you get photoshop?
I bought photoshop 5.0 at Costco. I loooooove it. It's hard at first, but it gets a lot easier once you get used to it.
Holy cow. So stinkin cute. And, you wanna be the photographer for my children? When I have them of course.
